The Support Plans enable Signal the ability to continue providing best in class application support while continuing to develop industry leading web applications cost effectively.
Because of the complexity of the applications developed and built by Signal and the urgent need of immediate support by our clients, Signal US Communications offers a complete selection of Support Plans to meet virtually any budget. The foundation of the Signal Support Plans is via a support ticket system. Each support event is issued a support ticket. Support tickets are equal to 1 Hour of Support time. Most support issues can be resolved within one hour. Signal US Communications will always advise the client of estimated ticket hours prior to any expense being incurred.
