Signal developed a content administration tool that enables James Free personnel the ability to change their website to more accurately reflect their available inventory. Giving the power to update Manufacturers carried, images of available product and push products and promotions in accordance with the season.

The engine stores key metrics of all searches and returns the data back to James Free in a user friendly formant that helps them to better stock their inventories based upon consumer demand. In real time, James Free can now sort through consumer diamond searches by cut, color, clarity, price range and more. Additionally, the system will archive data allowing the ability to trend consumer search data over a given time period.

Using key metrics from the reporting technology, Signal also built and upload engine that allows James Free to upload diamond inventory to the online database from an Excel worksheet.
